"A great stay at a great house directly on the beach"

"The room was clean. The breakfast area was always clean. This is the third time staying here, we love the location and how close to the old part of town. The only issue with this stay the ac didn’t work very well in our room, we had to turn it down as low as it would go and it still barely blew. I didn’t say anything to the desk because this trip it was not as hot. If it was in the summer I would have told them about it. "

"Our stay was wonderful. The home was adorable and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home had lots of thoughtful touches with plenty of supplies. The welcome basket and personalized welcome sign was generous and added to the excitement. The upstairs loft made my kids feel like they were grown having their own spacious area with separate beds and their own bathroom. I especially loved the skylight in the bathroom and the quaint little back porch area. The neighbors were kind and the area was safe and quiet. The overall location was perfect because it was close to the beach and not far from all of the attractions of St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay very much.
