"The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. After a long day of sightseeing in Tokyo, the hotel served as a wonderful retreat — the gardens at night were a truly unique and peaceful highlight. Getting around the city was effortless, with major train lines just a short walk or bus ride away, and taxis readily available whenever needed. A special mention to the doormen, whose warmth and professionalism made the stay truly memorable."

"Spacious room, nice facilities, water bottle filling station in the dining area, ice machine on bottom floor, laundry in room (with detergent provided), nice staff, Family Mart across the street (Lawson & 7-Eleven around the corner), kind of a long walk from Shinjuku station, but do-able. The sirens did go up and down the street, but seemed to die down after 10pm (we were in a street-facing 4th floor room for 5 nights and it did not interrupt our sleep - and I am a light sleeper!) Great value - the laundry in room was key!"

"AC control not in room so cannot set temperature. Staff struggling to understand non Japanese speakers and time poor with many people with questions. Room not clean and facilities poor. Smell of cigarettes permeated the room on a non smoking floor. Our party cancelled and left accommodation."
