"Very convienent and attached to terminal 3. Room was very small and they charged us 3300 yen for a check in at 1:30 vs 3 PM which we did not think was all that fair."

"When we got to the hotel the check in was pure chaos. There were not enough rooms for many they booked and must of been around 100 people waiting in the lobby. When we got our room it was so small we couldn’t barely open our suitcase inside of it. The staff was nice but definitely over worked so ..."
