"Very large hotel , busy many quest, fantastic location our first trip to Tokyo, staff extremely friendly as all of Japan - great amenities in the room, close to shopping ,trains , food is accessible,, we were on the 35th floor. The views were exceptional , corner unit suite, "

"We had a Premium Grand room, which came with access to 45th floor lounge, and that made the difference, with great views over Tokyo at breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails/snacks hours - including sunsets. Worth the extra money. Hotel location is very good for transport, shops, bars and restaurants (but not TOO close)"
