「Very welcoming staff, awesome property. Excellent receptionist. Courteous & caring management. Will surely highly recommend this gem of a Fort heritage hotel.」

「We stayed here as it was in Arambol and I wanted to go there. The hotel seems new and was very clean and the rooms were very nice. There is a pool but it is very small. It was over 25 minute walk to Arambol beach in the hot sun. We walked down to Arambol beach and walked back to Mandrem beach and then to the hotel. It was only 15 minutes to Mandrem, so it would be better to go there instead. But there is nothing really near the hotel if you don't want to do these walks. So you really need...

「Hi , need more cleaning & they should take u grom airport to properly atleast , anyway totally fine」

「The hotel was great—everything was clean, the staff were super friendly, and the amenities were solid, especially the breakfast.」

「Food was great 」

「Do not be fooled by the amazing pictures and very grand entrance. After that, it is at best a 3 star hotel. The site has been over developed, so there is a pool, but nowhere really to relax other than your room. The room was clean and modern and nice. The view was just tops of buildings. We had booked a package that included upgrade, beers, dinner, snacks, On arrival, the check in person just wanted to upgrade us to another room, until I pointed out an upgrade was included in the package....

「It’s colourful place in Arambol blue and white theme room very cleaned and everything is perfect」

「Whole building were under renovation. I did not find any information about it through the web. Even when I made a reservation, no information came to me. The temporary lobby was just next to the car parking and the way to the room was horrible, full of dust. The sounds were big and it was filled with even lot of uncomfortable smell. I have never felt uncomfortable like this before. I trusted the name of Hyatt, so I paid more than 3 times charges comparing to the local cozy hotel where I...

「Good」

「The hotel was an excellent experience for me and my children, They loved the rooms , pool and the various meal options were great !!! . Thank you Shravan Kumar for your excellent service」
