「The staff were very friendly and helpful. I'm afraid I didn't get the name of the gentleman we talked to most - he was from Scotland. When our room key didn't work the 2nd day, he came up with us to check, and took them both to recharge them. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel - I poked my head in one of the mornings we were there and they did have a nice spread including a couple of waffle irons. We decided to try the 2 lovely places walking distance from the hotel. The first night we went...

「We were escaping the rain, had planned to camp. Clean and nice. We didn't have a dog.」

「Great beach access and great view. It sounds like they are in the process of renovating and our room just hasn't made the list yet. Coffee maker had old coffee in it and towel hooks had been pulled from the walls. The bathroom door was splintered. I'm sure all will be repaired in time. For now it is bare minimum but as we were there to visit family, hike, and beach walk it was great. Nice outdoor sitting/eating spot and a good grocery next door with great breakfast burritos :)」

「Pet friendly room smelled and carpet was covered with stains. Attempting to check in BEFORE 5 pm, lobby door was locked, got voicemail on all phone numbers called, never received check-in instructions via text. Finally, the desk clerk unlocked the lobby door stating she was busy with an IT issue but made me continue to wait to receive room code. She then stated that because I booked via Expedia she did not have my phone number to contact me...hmmmm」

「The location of the cabin was excellent. We had an unobstructed view of the ocean and access to the beach. However, the steps were very steep making entering difficult. The shower needs repairs. It was hard to turn the water on and off.」
