Tignale is known as the "balcony over Lake Garda" and, in addition to its olive oil mill and observatory, is also known for the Montecastello pilgrimage church. This was built on a rocky outcrop, directly below the summit of Monte Cas. This holy place offers you an incomparable view of Lake Garda at your feet.
Trails and hiking trails through the fascinating mountain landscape and mountain bike routes that are addictive - the hinterland of Tignale is an El Dorado for active vacationers. If you prefer something a little more leisurely, you can stroll along the promenades by the lake in the evening and enjoy Italian delicacies in one of the many restaurants.
