"Pros: Perfekt war der eingezäunten Garten. Somit konnte unser Hund gemütlich auch ohne Aufsicht im Garten sein. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und reagiert sofort wenn man ein Problem hat. Bei uns hatte in der Dusche der Wasserhahn ein Problem und wurde sofort getauscht. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt einige Restaurants und Bars. Der Hundestrand in Toscolano-Maderno ist ca. 30 min mit der Auto entfernt. Ein Parkplatz gibt es auch auf dem Grundstück. Danke...

Küchenutensilien ausbaufähig (Schere z.B.). Spiegel im kleinen Zimmer fehlt bei älteren Kindern, die mitreisen. "Pros: Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Hunde sind sehr willkommen. Das Appartement ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist sehr schön aber weiter oben, man benötigt ca. 18 min mit dem Auto bis man am Gardasee ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Cons: WLAN ist sehr unbeständig und manchmal muss man weiter weg parken (15min Fußweg), da übern Tag meistens kein Parkplatz in der direkten Nähe frei ist, hat uns aber nicht groß gestört."

"Pool wird kameraüberwacht ohne Hinweisschild, keine Handtücher für Pool, nur 3 Schwimmzüge möglich, wird nicht gereinigt, Bänke alle morsch, Schrauben stehen raus, kleiner Garten, Metalltreppe wird so heiß, dass sich Hund die Pfoten verbrennt, Bett nur einseitig begehbar, Matratze rutscht weg, zu hart, Rost für Grill unbrauchbar, Terrasse und Aussicht sind gut. Keine Reinigung zwischendurch, gegenüber wird täglich gereinigt.... für das Geld nicht zu empfehlen"

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right outside the door so very convenient. For the price of our stay and different amenities this hotel hit the mark!"

"The view from the balcony was amazing, directly looking at the lake, room was plenty spacious and the balcony had plenty of room as well. There is a tunnel from the spa area that goes under the road and brings you out by the sun beds that are as close to the lake as you could get. The pool at the back was perfect (be prepared to wear a little blue swimming cap) and was never too busy when we stayed (late June)"

"This hotel had an excellent location lakeside and within the walled area of the castle.There is a thermal swimming pool in an adjacent building which was very good. Our room was large but the bathroom was very small for example the bidet was so close to the wall that it could not be easily mounted. The TV was also very small so difficult to watch the world cup. There were no coffee making facilities or complimentary water in this 4 star hotel. Staff in the restaurant seemed rushed and the waiter serving our table at a special dinner night was poor. Overall, the Hotel seems a little dated but it has some nice spacious areas for dining and difficult to beat for location."
