「I was impressed with the staff's friendliness, helpfulness and willingness to help. Our flight was not until 5:30pm. We were given a late check out and allowed access to the pool for my 7 yr old grandson while we waited for our ride to the airport. My one and only complaint is that the toilets are too low to the floor. I am only 5 feet 5 inches tall. I recently had double knee replacement surgeries. I have difficulty rising from lower seating accommodations. Perhaps future new constructions...
「The beds were comfortable, although I hit my ankle on a metal piece sticking out from the base of the bed. The shower head was dripping , but no big deal. The food choices available was Harold's chicken, Subway, Gracie's Taco's, McDonald's, Burger King, Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts and Culver's just to name a few.」
「We had to wait a long time to get into the pool because the receptionist had to let you in and then they charged you a $50 fee for deposit that you could not pay cash. You had to pay your card and then it doesn’t get released for like five days」
