"Great location. Clean rooms and common area. Very small rooms, some noisy due to plumbing. "

"Great location but unfortunately my room was too hot and the thermostat was unable to correct the issue. They brought up a fan which suggests to me that they were aware there was an issue with the room. As result I had a terrible sleep. Not sure why they didn’t just offer to put us in another room. When I checked out all I received was a hearty shrug when informing them of the issue. Why bother asking “how were things?” if you are not going to do anything about it, if there was in fact an issue. Maybe this was a one off but I would not recommend. "

"Wonderful location with just a couple minute walk to Russell Square Station (Picadilly Line). The room was clean and a decent size for London. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good value. Just be careful with the shower flooding because the water pressure was too much to handle all at once for the drain. There is luggage storage which is great but was annoyed that I had to take out and toss my sealed water bottle I just bought out of my backpack pocket in order to store."

"Room was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn’t beat the location, very walkable to many different attractions or to the underground station, for anything a little further out. Would definitely stay again."

"We loved our stay! It was my family's first visit to London, so I wanted somewhere centrally located but near the Eurostar train station. I loved the room layout with the sofa bed separated from the King bed so parents could have some space away from kids. The staff were very friendly, and the restaurant downstairs was lovely. I would absolutely stay here again! "

"You can’t beat the location! The rooms are small but perfect for solo travelers. The staff were great and plenty to do in the area."

"Great location but that’s about it. Dirty towels, extremely small room, sink backed up, one roll of toilet paper, AC not working. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Ended up booking a new property the same day we arrived and eating the cost of both hotels to get out of there."
