「Fantastic hotel. The pub downstairs was a lovely welcoming area, and the staff got us checked in within a few minutes. They were very helpful and friendly. Our room was bright, fresh, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the room had lots of fab features including air con, slippers, Nespresso machine, plus complimentary snacks and drinks! Highly recommend 10/10. 」
「Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Francisco was great! Easy and quick check in. Assisted with our luggage since no elevator. Nice having pub downstairs for quick bite and drinks. Very quiet after 10pm and loved rooftop bar. Room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again. 」
「Great location close to train station, bus routes, food places and shops. A green park directly oppsite. Fabulous hotel, friendly welcome, good communication prior to arrival. Free mini bar, Smeg kettle, toaster and fridge. Coffee machine and microwave, which was useful. Quirky decoration. In the morning there was a little trolley with teapots and cups of tea and pleasant note wishing us a good day. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. 」
「This hotel was a pleasant surprise. There are very few options for hotels in Camden and after spending the previous night in another hotel this was a very nice stay. The room is small, but new, clean and nice. No view at all, but it was quiet, cool and dark. Easily walkable to the busier parts of Camden and the market but much quieter and removed from the fray. Underground is right across the street so getting around is very easy. 」
「There was an issue checking in with WIFI being out, but the staff was helpful and figured out ways around getting us a keycard right away and fixed the WIFI quickly. We did have to go to a doctor's appointment very early in the morning and the front desk person was a little insistent we take all our stuff with us in case we didn't get back, but we didn't and we did make it back. Otherwise this worked great for us.」
