8.8/10 Excellent! (2,290 reviews)
Hotel does not live up to what you would expect in thr Galleria area AKA Uptown. This hotel is dated, and needs to be renovated. Easy to say that I realize it cost a significant amount of money to upgrade a facility. This one needs it, the photos you see online does not match up to the what you will see on site. Very disappointing. However, the front desk clerk, did her very best to address my concerns. She was Amazing!!!!
