"Easy check in and out. Comfy bed and well stocked kitchen. Bright and clean. We couldn’t figure out how to watch network/cable TV on the AppleTV so screen shared from our iPad. Only negatives are that due to the windows its a bit loud and entering and exiting via the alley in back. Would book again."

"Property was in a great location on the boardwalk. All arrangements were made thru Beachview Rentals. Beds and bedding were fine. BBQ grill in upper unit did not work, so we used 2 sections on lower unit's grill. 2 gas burners did not light on the stove in lower unit. Had to buy coffee filters (we left the rest for the next renter).Garage door definitely needs maintenance (grease or lubricant) but at least it works.Otherwise, we had a very fun 4 days, and I thank Beachview for providing earlier check in time and 11am departure."

"We had a great stay, the house easily accommodated our family with so many rooms and each having its own bathroom is a real plus. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need, and the beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens, lots of space to hang out, and parking for 5 cars is a real plus! The property does need some maintenance and updating though and would benefit from new outdoor seating suctions as we do spend a lot of time there."

"Cute little place. We love staying here and people watching from the front porch!! As do my dogs, so nice that it is dog friendly. We used the new bbq for a couple of dinners, but also enjoyed walking to dinner on the island. Very relaxing"

"This property was very nice! To be noted…. There is no A/C (which IS listed, just hard to find in the listing), also it looks like this property is ground level; it is not. None of these things are a deal breaker for this property. Overall the gist was very responsive and the property was clean. I would definitely stay here again and/or recommend!"

"We’ve been staying at this same property for the past five years, and it never disappoints! The property manager, Scott Carpenter, is always great with communication and makes sure everything is just as expected. He even let us know ahead of time that we could check in early, which was a great bonus. We’re already looking forward to our stay next year! Thanks again, Scott, for another great experience!"

"Very pleased with property! We were a multigenerational group with comfortable beds for everyone. The kitchen appliances were in excellent condition and there was a large refrigerator. The house was well stocked with beach towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies The house had more than enough fans for comfort for most of us. One family member would prefer air conditioning. We made use of items (chairs, bikes, etc.. ) in garage. We went to 2 beaches and the one a little farther from us was better for the smaller kids as it had a gentler surf. The older kids took surf lessons. The parking was a little tight but it worked and we just did what all of our neighbors did and park our third car on the street in front of the driveway. We walked easily almost everywhere and ate locally. We played cards and board games that we had brought on the large dining table. This was a very nice upscale vacation house in a great location and we had a wonderful time."

"Great location. Beds and linens great quality. Appreciated having AC especially due to heat wave during our stay. Communications were excellent. This is an older property reflecting its age with some quirks (eg master bath). Pictures need to be updated (eg living room shows furniture and rugs not there anymore) and not filtered to be more accurate."
