"For the price rooms ( we stayed in 3 different room in different location on the property I would rate a C + not very imaginative at all, basic cheep furniture, small bathrooms. For this I would not stay at this hotel again."

"The property was in a wonderful location and was a perfect size and layout for our family of 11. We rented bikes which was lots of fun, though the listing said in one place there was 1 beach cruiser, and in another place 4 bikes , therefore we rented too many because we weren’t sure which was accurate. We were a little disappointed though, about some cleanliness issues. Bathrooms and linens were clean enough that we were comfortable. The patio was terribly dirty with grease spills and smashed food. That was really disappointing. The floor of the home was quite dirty, and the kitchen cabinets were not as clean as they could be. There were broken shutters and the fans in the rooms were dusty and dirty. Unfortunately my son’s family wanted to use the trundle bed but it was so dirty (and not made up with bedding) that they could not put their little boy in there. It wouldn’t take much to make this home a perfect place to stay, because it is in an amazing location and we loved having the beach right there. One last thing, there was some mixed messaging on check in, we had requested early check in and at first it was denied, then when we were told we could check in early, it was too late to really take advantage of it."

"We were at the beach for a family get together and this place was perfect within walking distance from the house that my sun rented. When the get together was over the wife and i had a nice place to lay our heads versus having to drive all the way back home. The place was nice, clean and comfortable and was perfect for the wife and I. Rather than deal with trying to find free parking on the street we parked in the lot next to the park which was very convenient."
