"I was very disappointed with this hotel. It has the potential to be a super boutique stay but its tired and needs maintenance. It has a fantastic location, the staff are amazing, helpful and kind. My trip was a family reunion after 3 years and we had been very excited only to arrive and be gutted at the state of the villa. The staff tried hard to rectify my complaints but you can't fix broken lamps, chipped furniture, stained tables and leaf filled pools, stained sunbeds etc. Expedia this is really not good enough you are marketing this as a 4 star hotel. No one is checking these standards. "

"Amazing resort right on the beach. Delicious food in the pool bar all the up to and including the 2 Michelin recommended restaurants. We ate outside at Jaras and watched the sunset. Truly spectacular. 5 star service all around "

"The room was spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. The bed was fair firm compared to what we like but it seemed common across many hotels which we stayed at. The breakfast buffet was amazing! Plenty of western and local options."

"The pictures were along time in the past, we booked for 6 nights and only stayed 3, because we payed in advance we were not entertainment at the property with a refund,as this was a once in a lifetime holiday for our 40th wedding anniversary it was so disappointing, Our room was on the second floor 10 to 12 feet away from the boundary overlooking a building site doing groundwork, there were other smaller things wrong that made our stay not worth staying for the duration. The noise from early morning to cement trucks late in the evening. Twice we were told to talk to the manager, conveniently he could not be found and the second time he was in a meeting. In general this is one of the worst places i have ever stayed and would advise you not to spend your money on this hotel."

"Tout était bien sauf la surprise au départ de ne pas avoir la possibilité d’emporter le sac de plage qui est généralement un cadeau offert au client dans les autres hôtels de cette catégorie. Le personnel n’est pas des plus chaleureux surtout à l’accueil. Nous avons apprécié le club lounge, le service y était plutôt sympathique. La literie était parfaite, le ménage régulier et bien fait. "
