Loved my experience here. All the pools are amazing with a great view. The staff was very friendly and greet you with Tea upon arrival. They also upgraded my room for free to accommodate my extra guest. There are shops and places to eat within walking distance. It’s also close to one of the beach clubs in Phuket if you enjoy beach clubs and a little night life. Very very clean, no problems with hot water, and they bring you new towels daily. The food was okay, was not too excited for the food but overall a great experience and I’m glad I chose this hotel.

Great property overlooking the bays

Lovely clean property. Great staff, facilities and restaurants. A 10 minute walk from the main beaches. I would suggest hiring a scooter from one of the local hire shops to get around with ease, there is ample free parking at the hotel.

Upon our arrival, we had been given a free upgrade to a 3 bed pool villa which was absolutely enormous and stunning! We had originally booked a deluxe sea view with plunge pool. We would definitely recommend the villa if you were travelling with family but without meaning to sound ungrateful, it was a bit big for just the 2 of us! The hotel was in walkable distance to Surin beach/shops/restaurants with handy fruit sellers nearby and we noticed a free shuttle service both to the beach and Phuket town although we didn’t use it. The staff were super helpful and breakfast was great!

If you are Handicap please don't stay in this hotel, is a long walk in a hill and the shuttle bus never pick you up from the entry to the hotel rooms, because they don't have enough stuff. Stuff are very friendly but they can't take care of everything. The Properly are really nice and safe.

Newly built hotel but not kept in a good condition. Access to our room was to go through kids plays room, which smelled so bad that we had to held our breath to walk. We had to walk through the strairs, then took elevator to our room. Our plunge pool was very dirty though I paid for it I couldn’t use it. Language barrier hard to explain things to the receptionist. When we end the hotel front desk it smelled like weed. Food was very good, great selection of menus.

Overall we enjoyed our stay for a family reunion. The pools were great, room spacious and comfortable and breakfast good. However staff were uncommunicative, not responding to any emails prior to our stay when we wanted to organise transfers from the airport. The area wasn’t particularly convenient and dining options fairly limited- one onsite restaurant which also delivered room service. The room would have been better if some practical details were considered- there were no power points in the kitchen and we had to plug the coffee machine into a socket in the bathroom! Although we had a suite with a kitchen there were no cooking implements and nothing to wash up which would have been handy with our small children.

Late July booking

Absolutely wonderful stay at this five star resort. Though I went for pleasure, I had to do a fair amount of work in my room. The two air conditioners were much appreciated as well as the daily turnover service. The wi-fi was fast and Netflix never lagged. The rooms are quiet and the private balcony with pool allowed me frequent breaks. Room seevice menu is extensive and available until 10pm, so I was able to explore both local and western options. The cocktails are strong and delicious and the staff is great with customer service both in person and on the phone. There is also a Starbucks on the property and no need to leave the resort at all if you are looking for a chill and relaxed vacation. 10/10 would stay there again. (App will not allow me to add photos, but trust all photos uploaded by the resort are a great representation of the rooms and grounds.)

Not 5 Star, but not as bad as we thought!

Despite the initial disappointment (reception area is not welcoming at all), we had a lovely time at the hotel with a super room upgrade for our anniversary and beautiful flower /towel display on the bed (thank you). The hotel is huge, with numerous buildings set on steep hills. Each has its own pool on the roof, some smaller than others. We were in building 7, which I think was the best. The hotel itself requires a lot of maintenance, which is clearly visible, the rooms could also do with a refresh and attention to detail is not great, but for the price, we didn't really expect a perfect 5-star hotel, so we looked past that. The breakfast was not so good, but supper at the Pool bar was delicious. The hotel is predominantly Russian, take from that what you will! The staff were all very helpful and hardworking, and we didn't have any problems communicating with them. They definitely spoke better English than we spoke Thai!

Nice hotel, but unfortunately not worth 5 star rating. Staff overall wasent helpful and polite despite couple stars among them. You extect to jave 5 star service while in 5 star hotel, but no. Room was spacious and ok clean, but when in 5star hotel I would expect more. The balcony pool hasn't got cleaned properly because it was slimy when water has filled in thub. Thub itself couldn't keep water in , so it leaked all the time. Need to fill the thub all the time. We told the housekeeper about the thub but no one came and look to fix it. Breakfast was ok. I would like to have a gluten-free bread available, they only got gf muffins.

There was a stain on the bed pillow. On the second night they moved that pillow to the floor, instead of replacing it. There was a long hair stuck to the baseboard. The kitchenette had spaces for appliances, but the appliances were missing. There was no hot-tub near the pool, and the room did not have a tub. The hallways are cavernous and the walls thin. I heard the music from the hallway all the time. At night I heard the coughing from next doors. The check-out took 10 minutes. Not sure why. On the positive, the breakfast omelette was delicious. The room had a great view and the air conditioning was comfortable.
