「Location was especially good. 」

「It was a clean and fresh smelling room. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly」

「No microwave n no one to use tube n refrigerator was froze up」

「This property false advertises anything clean or updated that they put on their website. My room key would not work through duration of my stay. It literally would take me 5 to 10 minutes to get into my room every time despite me trying to get the key replaced. The rooms were dirty, the towels were disgusting」

「When i got to the hotel they told me they were book, a 100 percent occupied, however that was not the case, it was visible that several rooms where available. I showed my reservation but she did not honor the reservation. Now what is ironic is that normally Expedia would have sent an email stating that I did not show up and that it was a cancellation. Albeit, I log into my email a week later and I see you all sent an email inquiring how was my check in, so apparently the check in process did...

「I like the service and I like the new rooms」

「Everything went well I slept great」
