「Great hotel in a perfect location overlooking the river. I had a comfortable stay - the room and especially the bathroom were very small (I struggled to close the bathroom door without squeezing behind it) The breakfast was very nice and made to order with quality ingredients. Check in was good but the reception staff should inform guests that the key ring for the hotel room also acts as a fob for the hotel gates. 「An excellent hotel, with comfortable, well proportioned rooms. Parking is obviously an issue, but you just have to factor in the extra cost of this (not too expensive in the station car park). The staff were excellent and very helpful, with the exception of one rather officious lady at breakfast who loudly informed me that I wasn't allowed to have porridge followed by scrambled egg on toast, as it counted as two cooked breakfasts!
