「It was a clean room, but the staff for night shift at 11 PM were very rude Especially the gentleman working. He was very rude and got upset when my husband spoke to me in Spanish asking me a question I was never greeted into the hotel by them and this was on 5/8/26 and then they were making me use all my credit cards to try and do a deposit because on the pin pad it would say approved but on the computer it was saying denied and then when they were done, they didn’t even explain about the key...
