「Staff great. Good, easy breakfast. I mentioned to staff that I always feel safe there and the friendly lady at check out said "port police don't play!". I had never thought about that but I think she is correct! Safe place. 」

「Check in friendly & fast. This is a fairly new hotel about a block from the beach. We only stayed 1 night before our cruise. They offer cruise parking and a shuttle to port. We will definitely stay again for our next stay and our cruise out of Galveston」

「Clean room. Breakfast was just okay. Waffles, scrambled eggs, sasuage, bananas, cereal and yogurt cups and mini muffins. They also had bread for toast, but no bagles. Parking is limited, but we were able to find a spot without a problem. I guess they also allow for cruise parking as well, if you stay there. Staff was friendly and the front desk was able to get us a few extra pillows as the ones on the beds were extremely thin/flat. Overall, a decent stay. I would stay there again in a pinch, but...

「The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and many nearby places to eat. Parking at the hotel was available but as the weekend neared, it was nearly full. The room was clean and simple.」

「The room was very clean and matched the pictures exactly! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room did have a kitchenette; if you are interested in an extended stay you can ask the front desk for cookware and they will have some available for a $50 deposit, which was promptly returned once our stay was over. The cleaning staff did a good job refreshing the room and were unobtrusive. I would highly recommend staying at this location and will do so myself on future trips to Houston.」

「I love this hotel ,nice and clean . Nothing to complain there ,I definitely recommend stay. Breakfast on other hand I personally didn’t like. Little bit variety would definitely make a difference. Overall yes, definitely positive」

「Very friendly employees that were always smiling. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The hotel was very quiet so we were able to rest without loud people in hallways and in the pool.」

「Constant problems with the electronic key cards not operating properly to open room door. We replaced cards but problems continued.」

「Basic clean room. Pesticide smell was overwhelming and triggered an asthma attack. Clearing was not friendly. Breakfast was cereal.」
