「The location is very good, close to the main train and bus station. The room is surprisingly quiet. There are many people loitering around the area. They look scary but they don't harass you, they are simply having a good time so don't bother them. The room is very clean. There was no cleaning and no trash collection for my 5-night stay, no problem if you don't want people to enter the room. I simply took some towels from the box in the corridor when necessary. 「We really enjoyed our time in Padova! The apartment was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located in the city center. The availability of the laundry was so helpful on our trip. It felt just like home. We would love to stay here again!」

「トラムの停留所からもほど近いシニョーリ広場にあるので立地は良いです。レストランや部屋のミニバー、セーフティボックス等はありません（冷蔵庫は有）。基本的にホテルの人に会うのはチェックインの時くらい（常にいる訳ではないので）で前金制。その後、建物に入る際には暗証番号が必要です。ちょっと住んでる感覚が味わえるかも。私はタイミング良く(!?)ホテルの人がいる時にテレビの調子がおかしくなりましたが、とても感じよく対応してくれました。サービスらしいサービスはありませんが部屋は綺麗で明るく、飲食の場所や買物、観光には便利だし、また泊まりたいです。 ただ、お湯がすぐに無くなってしまうので今度は夏に！ （冬の寒い時に２人続けてシャワーを浴びるのは少々厳しいかも）」

「Wonderful stay for celebrating New Year and visiting the area. Rooms were large and well appointed, bathrooms modern with all amenities, very clean. Breakfast included had a large variety of pastries, fruit, cheese, salami,milk, yogurt, juices and coffee. The manager was pleasant and very helpful, making coffee for everyone in the mornings. Will be back when in the area and recommend the place to friends-day trips to Verona, Vicenza, Padova, and last, but not least, amazing Venice. 」
