"Bar looked great but didn’t have a chance to use it.Staff excellent however we do not use the phones of staff to translate for my needs. They need to learn the language of this wonderful country and when you reserve your room you should be notified that you might be asked to talk into phones of staff to communicate. It is just soooo wrong. Room was clean but small issues should be fixed such as ceiling repairs not finished, tile hole for shower fixture too large and will cause water damage to the wall soon, and drawer to nightstand missing. Since it was just finished 8 mos ago most of these things did not bother us but we hope they get this message and fix them to make sure they stay successful. "

"The staff here should be commended. Service to customers has improved since our stays here 2-4 years ago so kudos to them for visibly treating their customers well. The front desk staff were all pleasant, helpful & accommodating. Would like to specifically praise Adrienne & Justin at the lobby bar/restaurant for their help, recommendations and friendly banter while eating at the bar. Went above & beyond. Alex, their auto valet, was responsive, took initiative during our encounter with him on check-out. No complaints from me!!!!"
