「The room was very clean and warm. Toiletries, bath robes and slippers provided (although slippers a little on the large size for me, just being a size 2) !! Staff very efficient and friendly. Breakfast very nice and served to order lovely and hot. Dinner was also delicious. Coffee/tea was served in lounge following dinner in front of a lovely roaring log fire. Overall highly recommend this excellent hotel and will definitely return in the future.」

「The whole stay was fantastic! The staff are ALL so welcoming and friendly, the atmosphere when you walk in is warm. The breakfast was great plenty to choose from as well. 「The whole atmosphere in and around the hotel was excellent, we travelled by bus to Perth and had chosen the Parklands Hotel for the fact it was a 5 minute walk to ot. The receptionist made us very welcome and allowed us to enter our room 2 hours earlier than the normal check-in time.
