「静かで滞在自体には問題なかったですが、たまたま車椅子対応の部屋でしたので、電気のスイッチがわからないとか、シャワーカーテンが短くシャワーを使う時に気を使いました。 宿泊前に車椅子対応とお知らせいただければと思いました。」

「古い石造りの建物をホテルに改造しています。 最大の問題点はエレベーターがないことです。部屋まで荷物を持って階段を登るのは大変な作業です。 スコティッシュスタイルの朝食がビュッフェで味わえます。」

「We attended the race meeting and stayed overnight. Great location, good rooms and very helpful and accommodating staff. An amazing day spent with friends.」

「Rooms were very dated and cleanliness was not at a reasonable standard at all, bed linen was dirty, dust on every surface, walls mouldy and cracked and full of dust. Carpets were dirty with stains and covered in dog hair. Windowsills had dead bugs and dirt on them and beds were very uncomfortable (two single beds pushed together is not a double bed which is what we booked for both rooms) overall it was not a hotel we will be returning to.」

「Booked a ground floor accessible room with walk in shower and king sized bed and got email confirmation of this for a 2 night stay. On arrival were allocated a small ground floor room with small double bed and a shower over the bath. Was informed the room that the room that I had booked was occupied . Later we were offered a larger room upstairs but I had deliberately booked a ground floor room due to mobility issues. The staff were pleasant, but the hotel is in need of renovation, the...
