「The hotel was clean and pleasant. The staff were very welcoming and at breakfast time they operated like a well oiled machine. Not a table was ignored on the way to the kitchen, used dishes cleared or a chair straightened all with a smile both between customers and co-workers. I loved the way one of the staff dealt with a "lady" who thought it OK to take a chair from another table to sit her dog on. She was discreetly shown where people with dogs should sit, then the chair and table were wiped...
