"The bell hops were helpful when we arrived via taxi and when we needed a taxi as well, translating our destination from English to Japanese. The front desk was quick for check in. The room was spotless and cozy. The city view was spectacular with a balcony. Especially like that they are eco friendly, providing a water craft to refill. The fridge was exceptionally cold. Walkable to waterfront activities and train station."

"The Excel Hotel at the Haneda Airport is certainly convenient. Check-in was accomplished through a kiosk. Interesting. The room was spacious and clean. Quiet too for so close to the operations. "

"The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful, especially because I don't speak Japanese. The toothpaste provided doesn't really do anything though. It is also very conveniently located between 7-Elevens and 2 Family Marts where I could get toothpaste and other quick necessities and food. There is also a post office nearby and a few grocery stores. Overall, a very convenient stay for a quick layover at Haneda. "
