Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa

"Very clean hotel, beautiful garden, little bit dated but that was known before booking. Would have been nice to have a coffee or water station in the lobby for refreshments. A shuttle to and from the Shinagawa train station would have been a nice to have but it wasn’t 100% necessary. There’s a little hill to climb to get to the hotel. Overall great experience but lacking some small things that would otherwise have been 5 stars."

"Was ideal as our flight came in early evening and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant and was pleasantly surprised as the food was very good. We also accidentally left some jewellery in the restaurant and thankfully the manager handed them back once we realised the mistake."

"Loved my stay here, having a washer -dryer machine in my room helped a lot during my trip. The mini fridge is a double compartment and can ice cream. The staff were friendly and helpful and very informative any possible maintenance."

"This property was wonderful. The staff was very helpful, and the room we stayed in was well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The location was top notch. So much available nearby (coffee, shopping, a great salad place), and the Scramble and entertainment area were within walking distance (10-minute walk or so). I would definitely stay there again, and I highly recommend this hotel!"
