"Took my grandson for a weekend trip to Smith Island to celebrate his HS graduation. My daughter, also, accompanied us, since I am a 90 year old "Grammy", and need some assistance. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of our needs. The host, Kim, was extremely attentive, and made our dinner the night we arrived so we could just relax. "The house was perfect from the deco to the screened in porch. There was everything you needed for cooking, dishes,washer and dryer and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of books and games, and bikes. We enjoyed kayacking, fishing and crabbing from the dock and Tangier Island cruises are minutes away. It was unfortunate that it was jelly fish season so no swimming in the river in 100 degree heat was a bummer. "
