Riverbend Cottage under Oaks

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cheerful newly renovated cottage with its own private amenities including a private, fenced yard and entrance; laundry room with full-sized W/D; deck with seating, & 2 TVs, hammock under trees, blackout shade & brand new queen mattress. Venture into the other backyard to socialize if you like, cook outside on the grill & enjoy the fire pit. Ample parking inside the fence gate or yard along the street. Walkable neighborhood.

The space
The cottage with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, and bath with a shower/bathtub is behind the main house in a quiet area under oak trees. Everything has been renovated and is kept up-to-date. If there's anything you need during your stay, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate.

Perfect for a solo trip

Booked this so I could explore the Tampa area more during this visit. Beaches within 30 minutes, all clean and relaxing, not crowded. Close to a lot of other fun places to see as well. Host was very nice, stay was great!

Cute place under oaks!

First let me say the place is as described. This is a guest suite/apt in the back of the host's property. They did a great job of offering privacy. There's a cute lil yard with a deck. Hosts provided Adirondack chairs and hammock. I believe it is pet friendly but we didn't have one. The inside is cute. There's a loveseat and dining table in the common space and a full kitchen as well. The appliances were well thought out. All essentials were provided and I LOVED that for such a unique space it also had a full size laundry room. Bonus! Comfy bed, truly Hot water, decent water pressure and very Clean...you really can't go wrong closing this lil gem. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. I would absolutely rent again if ever back in the area. Five star all the way.
