「Every aspect of this hotel is excellent. The location is great. The staff is exceptional. I had a medical issue and the assistance I received was great. I thank the staff for their help and look forward to returning to the Hyatt in Savannah.」

「Loved the location Loved the staff , everyone was terrific! Would definitely stay again」

「The staff was amazing! hotel was so clean and with good walking distance to a lot in the historic downtown of Savannah. The beds may have been the most comfortable beds I have ever experienced in a hotel. It was me and my wife's anniversary and it was very memorable.」

「Friendliest staff! Everything was great! Would have loved if there was food or restaurant but there is a nice coffee shop nearby. Used the gym, equipment ok, would have been nice to have towels and water available.」

「We were on the 13th floor and had a balcony. The view was amazing! Daily breakfast was a nice add on. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful.」

「Wine and cheese hour was excellent」

「Clean room. Nice location on the river. We found it fun to sit on the benches and watch the boats, people and dogs go by.」

「I stayed for two nights and had a great experience! The hotel was very quiet, the staff was helpful, and my room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free, which was a plus. I can’t speak on the breakfast since I slept in and missed it. There are also plenty of restaurants within 1–2 miles, as well as a nearby Walmart, making it a convenient location. Overall, I enjoyed my stay!」

「The staff was amazing and the rooms were nice and clean.」

「Great experience. Front desk clerks were very helpful, with amazing customer service.」

「At check in staff explain how to purchase breakfast. I did not see the board with items and prices until I left did not have it showing on screen all the time」
