Great service (they provide transfers from Hitoyoshi station to the ryokan and back) and hospitable staff. Tourist spots like Aoi Aso Shrine and Hitoyoshi Castle Ruins and Museum are within walking distance. Will love to stay here again when I come back to Hitoyoshi."

"Room was very nice, but needs some maintenance. Towel holder on the door missing and wall paper peeling. However, still a nice and quiet room. Parking was onsite, free, and accessible. Overall, hotel was very beautiful and is right on the river."
