"We had a great stay at this hotel in Kyoto City! The place is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are nice, friendly, and always willing to help. I used the laundry room during our stay and noticed the detergent was out—after letting the staff know, they immediately refilled it and even refunded the money so I could rewash my clothes properly. Really appreciated their attentiveness and great service. Overall, an excellent and convenient place to stay while exploring Kyoto!"
