Rooms are beautiful and large

Just steps from baggage claim in the airport terminal this hotel can't be more convenient, particular for international travelers transiting via Osaka to other domestic destinations in Japan.

Location was practical for traveling needs, and the hotel was very clean with many amenities.

In short it was perfect. Station right next door with none of the noise or heavy foot traffic and walking distance to many choices. And of course. Family mart next door was amazing. Great hotel! would definitely stay again.

I had a GREAT stay at this hotel! It was perfect for me traveling alone and not needing all the bells and whistles of a more expensive place. It's very modern, easy to find, close to the metro and convenience stores/restaurants. The room is small, but fine for one person who isn't spending much time in the hotel anyways. Great location, short travel to USJ. Wonderful staff, everyone is so polite at the hotel. Most likely, I will stay here again when I visit USJ again, granted I wasn't able to use their onsen due to my tattoos.

Location, The Design is truly lovely! Every amenity is perfection. We are architects and the collection of books in the Library/ Lobby was exceptional. If you value attention to detail as we do this will be the place for you!

Very good value as well as extremely convenient. Rooms are very small, so if you are a basketball player please do not book this hotel, only suitable for very tiny people like me, under 4 feet, and less than75 pounds.

Staff was amazing

We had a little bit of a hard time finding the entrance to the property because it’s was on the side of the building in the alleyway but it was flanked by a Lawsons AND a Sugi Pharamcy (both of which we visited several times during our 4 day stay.
