The second room we were put in had red stains on the floor, speckled red blots on the bathroom wall, and the door did not shut all the way and the locks did not work. We stayed a total 30 minutes and booked a diff hotel. "

"Property has just been acquired by Comfort Inn and is process of being upgraded to expected level so some things not there yet. Staff was great and helped right away with any issues."

"We stayed here a couple other times but this stay our room had no a/c which they mention to us when we checked in(after reading past reviews this has been a problem before on numerous occasions). They offered us a box fan which helped a little but was still uncomfortable all night. Next morning shower was Luke warm at best."

"Pretty run down for a Hyatt House. Not like other Hyatt Houses, the breakfast was terrible and super small. Teh rooms are worn out. This property definetly should not be called a Hyatt House. More like a older Best Western."

"First of all the person who checked up on said we couldn’t check in early and we would have to come back in an hour with was 11:30am and 55 dollars and he was extremely rude. We get to our first room and the TV doesn’t work and go to use the restroom and the toilet and the shower are absolutely disgusting. Turn on the shower to shower and there is air in the line and when it blasted out it was brown water. The ac/heat didn’t not work. We go to the other room and there are ants EVERYWHERE. The AC/heat also barely worked in that room and made a terrible noise. The shower in this bathroom would be set to a temperature and then it would melt your skin and would get boiling hot on its own. We had a horrible experience there. I don’t recommend staying there. "
