This stylishly furnished apartment provides the most sophisticated short or long term accommodation option, in the best location in the city. Access is via the foyer level, however it is elevated off the ground floor at the rear of the building, from within the apartment. If you want to wake up and walk out of your front door and straight into the CBD or cruise down the tree lined streets to your favourite bakery cafe for your Sunday morning brew and croissant - you can!

We are are professional apartment hotel company that have been offering our properties in Sydney for almost 20 years.

All apartments receive complimentary weekly housekeeping using our own trusted in house staff that are meticulous & professional, and we only provide professionaly laundered hotel linen & towels.

We are on call for guest emergencies 24/7 and are around during business hours for general needs. (Our office is right next door).

This beautifully furnished One Bedroom Apartment consists of one bedroom with a generous king size bed & a built in wardrobe. The bed can be made into two single beds by pre arrangement

The bathroom is modern & ultra stylish with its a walk in shower, mirrored vanity basin, toilet & designer amenities by Appelles Apothocary.

The living areas are one large open space with consist of large wall to wall window off the lounge room which open out to a beautiful little balcony all of your own with oversized comfy outdoor arm chairs and a small table - perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while checking your emails or an afternoon sundowner after a long day of sightseeing.

Kitchens are well designed for all of your food preparation needs. A two burner gas cook-top, oven, full size fridge with freezer, microwave & a dishwasher all provide a modern & convenient living experience. Kitchens come fully equipped with pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware & cutlery.

A four seat dining table provides guests with a comfortable space to enjoy a fine dinner at home or to spread out the homework.

Each apartment has its own internal laundry with top load washing machine as well as a separate tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Every apartment has access to complimentary WiFi.

This apartment is located in a security builidng and is on the foyer level, but is elevated off the street level as it is located at the rear of the building.

Impressive apartment in excellent location

I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment, it was very well furnished with quality furniture, it was very clean and comfortable and had everything i needed for a great stay. The Manager was extremely helpful with any questions i had. i would certainly stay again and can highly recommend this accommodation.
