Amazing hotel with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn

The staff was incredible. Beautiful views from our balcony. The included spa had a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna which we fully enjoyed. We considered staying another night after we saw the room for the first time! We would definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay.

Extraordinary stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and the property was simply beautiful. The service was exceptional, and every detail made our stay special. Exceeded our expectations. Daniella in the lounge made our dinner enjoyable! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Parking too!

Beau Site is overlooking Zermatt with a splendid view of the Matterhorn. Great hotel with welcoming staff. This ended up as a very relaxing five day vacation with pampering service and good food.

This property is amazing. It is near the Very center of town. Walkable to everything. It has a courtyard with loads of chairs for enjoying the outside. Rooms are spacious, clean, and very well-appointed. Minibar, fridge, heated towel racks, robes/slippers, complimentary water and kombucha. The spa area is also exemplary--hot tub/jacuzzi, pool, sauna, wet sauna, and aromatherapy shower. All very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The room was spacious and comfortable. We especially liked the entrance area and the shower. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing. Highly recommended!

The Lugano Dante hotel is a great hotel, the location can't be beaten, steps from the funicular and right by the city center, we walked everywhere. This hotel is very generous in terms of taking of customers, free drinks in room mini bar, coffee, espresso, apples, waters in the lobby, make one feel so much like home. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Switzerland (only behind the 5 stars hotel we stayed in Zurich), great selection with authentic Italian grilled veggies, cheeses, ham ,...

This was a true Alpine experience! The hotel was like something out of Swiss Family Robinson. It was pristine in every way. The room had everything we would ever need and the owners/staff couldn’t have been nicer. The breakfast was excellent! I wish I could give it a higher score than a 5!

this hotel is world class and is the nicest ski hotel I have ever stayed at. Service and the amenities were excellent. the rooms are as good as they get. The mountain is underappreciated as it compares with Lech, Grindewald, etc.

This is an amazing boutique hotel in the heart of Zermatt and a mere 4 minute walk from the train station. Staff were very nice, rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable. They have an attached restaurant and bar that were great. Both have great atmosphere with a cozy fireplace in the lobby bar. Great saunas and steam rooms on the lowest level. Ski storage room as well and a nice gym. Perfect place to stay on all fronts.

This hotel was the highlight of our fall driving trip. I loved the modern mountain lodge decor and the overall attention to detail. The hotel is new and successully creates a soothing sophisticated atmosphere. It is located up on a hill in a small town next to a lift several minutes drive from St. Moritz. Amazing property!

Good location, friendly team

Very nice hotel, close by the train shuttle station. Has two elevators, a beautiful lobby and excellent dining area. Breakfast was very good; All the 'hotels.com' hotels we have stayed in have provided a good buffet breakfast, clean rooms and good beds. The bed in the Butterfly was softer and more comfortable than all the rest. We would stay here in the future.

LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. There seemed to be a pleasant and unexpected surprise around every corner with a fresh interpretation of old meets new. Would highly recommend...

Beautiful hotel. In the heart of Interlaken. Close to the train station + short driving distance to the Falls. Looked like a great spa but we couldn’t use it because of Covid. - you need a Swiss Covid QR to enter Spas + restaurants. Otherwise a beautiful experience.
