Our stay at Villars Palace was wonderful. The atmosphere was very peaceful, making it perfect for relaxation. We especially loved the coffee bar — excellent quality and a great place to unwind. It’s a perfect hotel, design is decent, view is fabulous , staffs are all helpful, generous and professional. Our family and I enjoyed it very much. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villars Palace, and everything was absolutely wonderful. However, what truly stood out and made all the difference was the service provided by a porter named Angelo. Angelo went above and beyond to ensure our experience was exceptional. He helped us in every way possible—and even in ways you wouldn’t expect. He is fantastic, and his dedication and professionalism truly elevate the hotel experience. I went to drop off my kids at summer camp and the Hotel was just perfect. Staff were very accommodating they gave us an upgrade when we arrived and also shuttle service for anywhere in town. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The hotel has been recently updated so everything is new. The spa the pool area were great as well. I actually came a second time to pick up my kids from summer camp and the staff remembered me and my family. I would be staying here again!

Everybody was kind and nice, excellent 10 out of 10 service, especially Edward un reception and ouissem en and Robin! The rooms extra clean the food at the restaurant amazing and again service amazing! We are definitely coming back and we strongly recommend staying in this hotel!
