"This chalet was a perfect basecamp for traveling the Interlaken region. It is within a 20-minute walk of a major train station and the bus is one minute from the front door. "Ursula and Peter are amazing and very helpful hosts .They left us some delicious bread and snacks Also offered milk as the stores were closed. They helped us with luggage too . The views from balcony are very beautiful we could just and relax all day.It is very clean and cozy place . The bus stop was very close by and we had no problem with connections to the trains. "The property was in a location close to Grindewald Terminal train station and Grindewald Gund bus stop. The chalet was well maintained and had beautiful views of the mountains. It was away from the "main" street of downtown Grindewald which provided a quiet neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle. The property owner was quick to respond with a couple of needs we had. It was overall an excellent experience."

"The photos of the property do not do it justice. It is FANTASTIC. We celebrated my 60th birthday with a trip to our beloved Grindelwald. My 86 year old dad traveled with us. We got a hotel by the train station (the Derby) at which we've enjoyed staying on previous trips. He would not have handled the 45 steps to Chalet M very well.
