Excellent property , staff is very helpful and Hotel does give a palatial feel. Rooms could be larger considering the location. Breakfast could be better although very good. The hotel is well located and Engelberg is a good peacefull town. Overall enjoyed the stay very much.

The property itself is pristine, maintaining flawless cleanliness and refined standards throughout. The spa and swimming pool offer an extraordinary wellness perfect for unwinding after a day in the mountains. For evening relaxation, the cigar lounge and bar provide an incredible atmosphere, complete with an outstanding selection of expertly crafted drinks. What truly elevates the experience, however, is the staff. Every single team member goes above and beyond to make you feel like a valued guest. That level of hospitality never wavers right up until the very last moment. As we were departing, the bellman and valet team were right there ensuring we had cold water and drinks for the road ahead. The premier room had a spectacular view and wonderful balcony. The staff was all very professional and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! Our family of 6, all adults, had a great experience and we would return again. Thank you to the staff that gave us advice on visiting Mt Titlus. Everyone was amazing.

Exceptionally good hotel with impeccable service. Clean and stylish throughout. The hotel is located right in the center of the village, close to everything. You can walk to the ski lift, but there is also a convenient shuttle that picks you up and drops you off directly on request, without any waiting. A big plus is that it’s family-friendly without feeling like a typical noisy family hotel. If you’re traveling with children, this is definitely the right hotel for you as well.

Beautiful property with the most spectacular views and the staff are extremely helpful. They have a great kids club where Katalina was amazing with our son. Whilst we appreciate the “high touch” service of the hotel staff upon checkin, it would enhance the experience if the level of interaction with the staff could be tailored and chosen by guest as part of the booking request For example, we had been travelling extensively prior to our stay, and at checkin, we just wanted to get to our room to relax - so whilst the hotel staff were great with our luggage and the reception took us walked us to our room and showed us the features to our room, we really just wanted to rest, but felt impolite to decline.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The customer service was outstanding, and everything from the rooms to the amenities was absolutely top notch.

I stayed at the kempinski Hotel and was very satisfied with my experience. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The hotel is also very family-friendly and welcoming to children, which made our stay even more comfortable
