「We were visiting family for two weeks in Vancouver and stayed at this property. It was clean and well furnished. Michael was hospitable and very approachable. He responded promptly to any of our requirements. Will definitely stay here during our future visits to Vancouver.」

「Small rooms, no furniture just a bed. No tv and a shared kitchen that didnt have running water. We were one of two rooms that were the only ones being used and when our ride was late showing up we were locked out,in the cold and could not use the common areas which are generally left open. We were repeatedly asked to pay extra or pay a depisit for a variety of things and when the deposit was returned we were tood that theres a $5 service fee that was deducted. 「This was our first VRBO and it will not be our last. Wonderful spot for the three of us, the kitchen, washing machine and separate rooms gave everyone their space - as if we were at our home. There were some questions we needed to ask and changes required - the VRBO app worked great and everything worked out.」

「I got a message on my way there (within 24 hours) telling me the AC unit was out and I can’t stay there. It was literally May, and I probably wouldn’t even turn the AC on. Horrible host.」
