Very beautiful hotel. Upscale and classy. The rooms were big, clean and very modern. I highly recommend, even though I have one complaint and that's their menu prices, way overpriced. Other than that it is a nice property and I would stay there again.

Best five star hotel in Surabaya

Westin Surabaya is one of the best five star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room is spacious, modern luxury and clean. The bathroom is awesome. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fabulous with wide range of menu. Definitely will come again.

Excellent level of service

All staff were very attentive, helpful, and friendly. I initially booked the twin room but later when checking in, I found out that only the deluxe king bed size room have the bath tub. The Receptionist helped me to change the room without a fuzz. So thoughtful. They also provided a complimentary fruit basket in the room. Lovely gesture. I enjoyed my stay and will stay here again next time.
