Located in one of the most prestigious streets in Noosaville, this apartment is only a few minutes flat walk to restaurants, bars, water sports and sandy river beaches.

Enjoy a coffee and a river walk in the mornings and sunset drinks and bbq on the bench seating and bbq facilities provided on the river esplanade.

Only a few minutes drive away or a ten minute walk is amenities including woolworths, bottle shops, chemist and more. Public transport is also available.

The unit was clean and very well appointed, it absolutely met all of our requirements.

Lamps not working in main sitting area and second bedroom. Light also out in ground floor toilet. Outside area was not usable - needed to be swept and no cushions on the furniture. No block out curtains or shutters in second bedroom. Neighbours lights on all night. No power points working on arrival although this was quickly fixed. Expect much better for this price.
