"I was deliberately early as I wanted to see the castle on my arrival day. The staff happily stored my luggage until I returned and was able to check in. A nice touch would have been for my luggage to have forwarded to my room as they knew I had arrived. "

I had clearly requested a half board plan with both dinner and breakfast, but only dinner was booked. While they did confirm dinner in their message, I wish the breakfast portion had been addressed more clearly to avoid any confusion. It may have been a language barrier, but better clarification would have helped."
