"Clean room, typical Japanese room size (not too small but not spacious). Convenient location. Parking could be limited even though they said hotel guests have priority. They have additional offsite parking partnerships if parking is full."

"The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay great. We even had a lovely visit to a nearby waterfall. Enjoyed the onsen. Highly recommend for the onsen, proximity to shopping and the amazing staff."

"It was difficult to find the hotel because the only sign outside was in Japanese and the place looked deserted. A passer-by took us in and I was surprised to find everywhere in semi darkness, the reason being that we had entered just before check in. The room was spotless, warm and comfortable with both dinner and breakfast included on the price. "

"The hotel is centrally-situated. We walked or took a short train ride most of the time since it’s close all the places we wanted to go to. The staff is very helpful as well and the facility was very clean and cozy."
