「Wondering experience to stay at the great hotel. Staffs are all sophisticated, friendly and kind. I stayed one night at the cottage suite room near the gate. The upper floor is the living room with panoramic view and the lower level is the bathroom and the bedroom. L’OCCITANE amenity set in the bathroom is good and NESPRESSO coffee settled in the living room is my favorite. 4 kinds of flavored tea bags and decaf coffee packs are also prepared with Christmas biscuits. 「What a fantastic place to stay, the room was immaculate and well appointed. The staff / host were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Arundel Castle is probably the best castle we've visited, and there are lots of pubs, restaurants and cafes in the town. What a fab weekend away!」

We were impressed by the pleasantly relaxed atmosphere, the quality of the food, the variety of dining and bar areas and the comfortable, well-maintained and quiet rooms (no audible traffic noise). 「部屋からは駐車場しか見えないが、夜到着するする場合は何の問題もない。 バスタブもあり、設備は新しく大変きれいである。 立地もよい。」

「朝ごはんはイギリスのコンチネンタルブレックファーストで、色々な種類のものをお料理してくださり、フルーツヨーグルトなども自由に食べれます。温かい飲み物もリクエストしたら、大きなジャーに入ってきて、何杯でもいただけます。お部屋は大きくて、ゆっくりとくつろげます。水回りもとても綺麗でした。とにかく経営されていらっしゃるJaneさんご夫妻はとにかく優しくて、こちらが聞いたことには丁寧にそして優しく接して下さいました。イギリスならでの事も教えてくださり、とても貴重な経験をすることが出来ました。一度チェックアウトして、何日か後にまた宿泊するケースだったのですが、荷物も少し預かってくださり、本当に助けていただきました。このご夫婦の暖かさがあったため、素敵な旅をすることが出来ました。」
