It was a perfect location inside the Gatwick Airport making our flight connection perfectly easy and convenient. Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, allowing us an extra hour to check out since due to a series of unfortunate events we didn’t arrive until after 2 a.m. Our room was very quiet and comfortable, though very small. Bed was very comfortable, medium firmness, but due to the size of the room one of us had to climb over the other to get out of bed. We didn’t like the all-in-one bathroom where the shower is not separated from the toilet and sink. All was clean and in good working order. We felt very welcome and had an overall excellent stay.
