"Everything at the hotel except for a little bit of dust and cobwebs which let it down, I’m sure it was just overlooked on the day,the staff were very friendly and helpful, the position of the hotel was great in easy reach of everywhere, great place to explore the area. Would definitely come again"

"Before we even went, the hosts were fantastic! When we first walked into the barn, the reaction was WOW! It is a gorgeous place! There was a lovely welcome basket which was appreciated. We had 10 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. We were lucky to have a sunny weekend and used all the outside seating areas and the hot tub. The kitchens are well stocked and had everything needed for the weekend. There was ample plates / cutlery / pans, there was useful kitchen items like cling film, kitchen roll and foil. There was tea and coffee provided as well so we really only needed to bring food to eat and the drinks. We all had a wonderful weekend and I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. The only feedback is that more storage for food is needed in the main kitchen - we found ourselves running back and forth to the snug kitchen all weekend but at least we worked off some of the food! "

"This is a real castle, though the part that's occupied is not nearly as old as the original part, and it's been made into a luxurious hotel. There aren't many rooms, so it's quiet. The five-course dinner was one of the best meals we've ever enjoyed, and it was served expertly. Unfortunately we had to leave too early to partake of their breakfast, which was bound to be superb."

"A beautiful home that is clean and kept to high standards. Exactly what you see in the pictures. We recently stayed as a family of 14 guests plus a small dog and we had a lovely time. Rebecca quickly responded to any questions I had. The house accomodated us all and everything you need is there. I would highly recommend staying here. New memories created in a wonderful location. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Broomy cottage. It is a peaceful and calming location amongst small trees with traditional Sussex fencing and a real character to the property. I would say, however, some elements need attention, particularly the conservatory roof inside. There’s a lot of Cobwebs dead bugs and what not all caught up in the blinds, I think it needs a real deep clean and new blinds. As does the kitchen conservatory, Again needs a really good clean and replacement blinds. Everything else felt cozy and lovely and clean. It’s a shame about the sitting room conservatory as it’s such a beautiful colour and a lovely space."
