スターリングのアパート

「I arrived at this lodging rather exhausted after the long flight, then they said I had to move to another hotel for they had leaking in the room. They said it was not their fault, the problem of the building. Anyway it was quite unpleasant to change the plan. It was raining and I had to pay for the taxi. I was thinking of having supper in the room but the lodging that theyhad booked for me was an ordinary hotel and though the price was same I would not pay that price for an ordinary hotel room....

「Great place to stay in the centre of Glasgow. Clean and cosy. Our room was quite small and we could have done with a comfy chair in the studio. It was good being able to park our car but the car park was difficult to get out of in the morning. 」

「It was comfortable and clean. Big space for a large party. Beds were good with fresh white bedding. Large rooms. Lovely old original features. Breath taking views. Quiet places to walk. Plenty to do in the area. I would recommend. Some updating perhaps on bathrooms. But still doable. We will visit again 」

「We had a great stay at our flat. It was good for a family and hotel alternative. The bathroom tap did not work for half our stay, which was inconvenient as we had to wash and brush in the bathtub or kitchen, but communication was fantastic and Graham was doing his best to fix it, which he did. When I asked for extra towels they were delivered promptly. Overall, a positive stay and would recommend. Thank you!」

「The place was good with basic furnishings. Scandi means Ikea. Internet worked well. It was well located in the centre of Linlithgow which is close to Edinburgh and a lovely town. Lovely views of the loch and quiet. We received a couple of detailed, lovely and welcoming automated messages upon booking asking for our arrival and departure times to help with flexible check in or out. We were then very disappointed with the lack of hospitality from the host when we asked about flexible check out...

「大通りからほんの少し入った所に位置しているので、静かです。地下鉄のkelvinbridgeに近いのでグラスゴーの中心地へ行くのにも便利です。 ダブルベットの部屋でバスタブは無かったのと食事をとるテーブルの上に照明が無かったのがマイナスポイント。トイレは流れも良く清潔に保てます。スタッフはとても親切で英語が苦手な私でも、快適に過ごせました。コストパフォーマンスはとても良いと思います。」

「I wanted an apartment close to the Glasgow Theosophical Society with parking. This couldn't be more convenient! The location is close to shops and cafes. The apartment is comfortable, homey, and well provided.」

「Communication and check in was straightforward and excellent. The apartment is huge - massive living space, large bedrooms and two bathrooms. Well appointed and very comfortable beds. The showers were great. WiFi was a wee bit slow but that was also the case while out and about in the area so seems more of a structural than property issue. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants on hand with an excellent Indian restaurant directly opposite. We’d definitely stay again.」

「Perfect setting for a celebration weekend for all our family. We cooked our meals and sat around the super size dining table in amazing surroundings. We went for walks as we were lucky to have good weather in March. One of us went cold water swimming!! (Very brave) We played family games, had a pool tournament, celebrated St Patrick's day (we're Scottish, any excuse to celebrate) The Lodge is fully equipped we didn't want for anything We would highly recommend Stronachlachar Lodge and hopefully...

「Beautiful place, hosts are just lovely, so accommodating and friendly. Hot tub and pool are very relaxing with the best of views from the hot tub. Only downside is the road up but it's worth it」
