"Disappointed with the stay last night. Staff were good, food was great for dinner and breakfast. Room let us down a bit, shower needs an upgrade. Hair dryer was broken, ironing board was broken. It is just in need of a refresh. Golf is great there, hotel just lets it down a little. I just felt it was a bit mediocre."

"Under new group and nothing like when it was a Best Western. The Spa pool was still out of order. We were there in October and it was broken. There was not the warm and friendly feel we’ve received for the last six years. It was very false. I’m not worried about fresh linen in my room, totally agree with only on request, but a clean cup and glass and tea etc being replenished would have been very welcomed. Not the same hotel and won’t be returning."

"Sticker said 'hold rails getting out of shower' there were none, nearly slipped over. Wasn't informed before arrival but they now charge for parking!!! Like you have any alternative place to park!!! Last time I stayed i got breakfast included, this time they asked me for £13.95!! Won't be back!"
