"Wonderful Tiny Cottage located right outside the city of Athens, but a short distance to the university, downtown, and shopping areas. The cottage is well-stocked, comfortable with a nice size bathroom and shower. At the back is a private sitting area. Plus Hannah is a wonderful host that will answer your questions promptly!"

"The host responded in a timely manner on a few issues we had was very appreciative of that. The house was beautiful and clean, I only have couple of suggestions it seemed that it took quite awhile for the water to get hot in the shower and possibly updated the bar stools.would definitely recommend this place"

"Kitchen was not well supplied. No can opener, pizza pan or pizza cutter. Hot water went out last night, so could not shower before leaving. Host never responded to hot water problem. Pool cover had collapsed and was left in disrepair."

"Terry who runs the place goes above & beyond. The home is on such a lovely property. Our large group loved the access to the lake. We were also so thankful for the early check-in & late check-out option. We would come back. Note: internet is not strong, but that’s ok. We didn’t use it for tv or cell phones and instead played games and enjoyed the quiet/porch."
