Great place to stay for game weekend.

The hotel staff was very friendly and happy to assist with extra requests-blankets, towels, etc. Bed comfortable, room spacious, off a quiet street, away from highway noise. 15 minute drive to downtown Athens for Georgia game. No issues with traffic.

My room was very spacious and the staff wer nice. The only thing that I thought was weird is that it had a no locals policy so if you live within a 30 mi radius you can’t check in. I think it should be in bold whenever someone is booking it, but other than that great stay!

The staff was very friendly which I appreciated. The rooms smelled of smoke and there were stains in the linens. You could hear the neighbors fighting in the rooms next door. I generally felt unsafe during my safety and safety is my main priority when traveling.

The front desk staff could NOT have been nicer - all of them were pleasant and greeted us as we came in and went out. The check-in process was smooth and quick. We would have liked a chair in our apartment, but there was none in #212 those days. And the pillows were larger and bulkier than we like. But we enjoyed the rooms very much and will return for our next visit to Athens. This will definitely be our Go-To place there!

Staff was very nice when checking in. Rooms were a bit dated. Toilet paper dispenser was coming out of the wall, full length mirror frame was broken at the top and taped together with duct tape. There was a visible bug/mouse glue trap behind the toilet/counter in the bathroom. The place was fine for a quick overnight stay.

Very utilitarian facility, it has the amenities for longer stays like GYM, laundry, kitchen in rooms for factory or construction crews but really needs to be renovated and upgraded for a pleasant stay. The staff was nice and the pet-friendliness is a plus. Biggest negatives are very loud air conditioners and refrigerators. The rooms are not thought out well so light switches and outlets are not located where convenient or needed. The furniture is worn, not broken but you are happy when leaving the room since it is not inviting or makes you feel relaxed.
