The Space:

Sleeping arrangements

Three airy bedrooms each feature a queen bed, offering ample space for restful nights. The master suite includes an en‑suite bathroom for added privacy, while the second bedroom shares the additional full bathroom. A third bedroom also holds a queen bed, and a queen sofa bed in the living area provides flexible sleeping options for extra guests.



Living spaces

The open living room invites you to unwind on comfy seating, with flat‑screen TVs for movie nights or catching up on favorite shows. Tropical accents and ocean‑inspired touches create a soothing backdrop, perfect for gathering after a day of adventure.



Kitchen & dining

A large, full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances lets you prepare hearty breakfasts or family meals with ease. The indoor dining area offers a welcoming spot to share meals, and the free washer/dryer ensures you can keep everything fresh throughout your stay.



Outdoor living

Step outside to a fenced backyard where a private, screened‑in pool awaits. A fire pit adds a cozy focal point for evening conversations, and the pool deck provides plenty of room to lounge under the Florida sun. Bring a grill for casual barbecues or simply relax with a book by the water.

Conveniently located in Pinellas Park, you’re just five minutes from Helen S. Howarth Community Park, ten minutes to the Shoppes at Park Place, and fifteen minutes to Sawgrass Lake Park. A short thirty‑minute drive brings you to the vibrant attractions of Tampa, giving you easy access to both nature and city life.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the home.



Parking can accommodate up to (3) vehicles in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

A quiet, residential neighborhood but an area filled with outdoor spots, foodie gems, and more!



We recommend checking out Pinellas Arts Village! This area is an emerging part of the city and continues to evolve through the efforts of a growing number of arts and entertainment destinations. There are different free events throughout the year as well!



You can spend time walking around the nature trails (like Sawgrass Lake Park or Helen S. Howarth Community Park). OR pop into some of Pinellas Park restaurants for a bite to eat -- there are plenty to choose from :) Whether you like Thai, Cajun, or looking for a nice cold beer, you'll definitely be able to find what you're craving!



Getting Around:

Having a vehicle is the best way to get around. Up to (3) cars may park in the driveway.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.



We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have cameras outside for security purposes, none of them pointing to the pool area.
